Storage

- How long can I keep the cupcakes for?
Our cupcakes are best enjoyed on the day of purchase.  All of our cupcakes are hand made fresh every day and contain no preservatives. We recommend that you consume your cupcakes within two days of purchase.

- What is the best way to keep the cupcakes fresh?
Please do not refrigerate. Cupcakes should be stored in air-tight containers.

- How long can I keep the brownies for?
Our brownies are preservative free so they taste best when consumed within 7 days. They can be stored up to 2  week in an air-tight container and refrigerated.

- What is the best way to store the brownies?
As our brownies have intense flavours it would be better to store each flavour in a separate air-tight container and refrigerate.

- How are the brownies best served?
Our brownies taste best when they are chilled.

Dietary & Allergy

- I am allergic to nuts. Which cupcakes and brownies are suitable for me?
All of our cupcakes and brownies are made in a kitchen that handles nuts. Please do not eat the cupcakes or brownies if you are allergic to nuts as they may contain trace amounts even if it is not part of the ingredients.

- Where can I find your ingredients and allergen information?
See our Ingredients & Allergens page for information. All of our cupcakes and brownies are suitable for vegetarians.

Shopping

- How much notice do you need for an order?
We require 48 hours notice for cupcake deliveries. We require 72 hours notice for brownies.

- What forms of payment do you accept?
We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express and PayPal.

- Should I have received a notification after placing an online order?
Yes, you should receive an order confirmation email. They can occasionally find their way into a spam or trash folder.

- There is an error in my order confirmation. What should I do?
If you notice an error in the order confirmation then you must send a note to info@kutecake.co.uk or call 020 7183 1224 by 4pm on the previous day to delivery for cupcakes and 48 hours before delivery for brownies.

- I need to change my order. What can I do?
We are more than happy to change your order for you up to 4pm on the previous day to delivery. Please send a note by email to info@kutecake.co.uk or call 020 7183 1224 with your updated order information and we will update it for you.

Delivery

- When do you deliver cupcakes?
We personally hand deliver our cupcakes over two delivery slots which are 10am–2pm and 2pm–6pm from Monday to Saturday. Please contact us on info@kutecake.co.uk or call 020 7183 1224 for a specific delivery time or a delivery time outside our usual hours.

- Where do you deliver cupcakes?
We currently only deliver to particular London postcodes. Please refer to the Delivery page for more details.

- When do you deliver brownies?
We hand deliver our brownies to particular London post codes on a day selected by you. We use DPD to deliver our brownies elsewhere nationwide, also on a day selected by you.

- What is your returns policy?
We are confident you will be pleased with your purchase. However if upon delivery the cupcakes or brownies are not those ordered by you, the cupcakes or brownies are in a damaged condition or the order is incomplete, then please let us know immediately on info@kutecake.co.uk. Please refer to our Terms & Conditions.

Yes we do. Please refer to our Events & Corporate page for more information on how we can host a corporate or special occasion for you in a unique and bespoke way.

Ordering Terms & Conditions

Order process
We require full payment at the point of order. You will receive an email confirmation for your order with an order number and receipt of payment. You may need to check your spam email folder as the confirmation may be sent there by your security settings.

Please check the email order confirmation carefully and notify us on orders@kutecake.co.uk if any items are incorrect.

You can pay for an order using a debit or credit card.

Change an order
Please contact us on orders@kutecake.co.uk if you would like to make an alteration to an order.

You may not be able to make an alteration within the 24 hours prior to the delivery time selected. However please note that additional charges may apply to any changes accepted within this period.

Delivery
It is your responsibility to ensure that the correct delivery details are provided to us which includes the delivery address and contact phone number.

It is your responsibility to ensure that there is someone available to accept the delivery at the delivery address. Kute cannot accept any liability in the late delivery of an order due to incorrect or insufficient delivery details provided. In addition Kute does not accept any responsibility for costs incurred due to errors made with products delivered.

Please note that any undelivered products will be held by us for an additional 24 hours and an additional delivery charge will be applicable if you request a new delivery time.

We are not liable for any complaint concerning our delivery which is not raised within 24 hours of delivery.

Product
Our cupcakes are handmade and handcrafted using natural and fresh ingredients. Therefore cupcakes delivered to you may vary from the photographs shown on our website. The photographs on our website are for illustrative purposes only.

We appreciate that taste is a personal matter and subjective. We cannot accept the return of products only because you do not like the taste. However we welcome your feedback.

If upon delivery of your order you find that the products are incorrect, incomplete or damaged then please notify us on orders@kutecake.co.uk within 24 hours of receiving your order.

If the product is not as per the order confirmation email or damaged then we will refund your purchase. You are required to provide a photograph to support such a refund. You must retain the damaged goods (including the packaging) for our inspection and subject to our review of the error or damage (and these Terms & Conditions), we will refund the total price you have paid for your order.

We are not liable for any complaint concerning our products which is not raised within 24 hours of delivery.

Cancellation
If we receive an order cancellation at least 36 hours before the delivery time then we can guarantee a full refund. Any other order cancellation requests outside of this time period will not be part or fully refunded.

We will make a refund payment to the debit card or credit card used by you for the original order. Ownership of the products will transfer to Kute once a refund payment has been made to you.

Price
We reserve the right to make price changes without prior notice. However we can guarantee that no price increase will apply to a confirmed order that has been paid for the price at the point of order.

Our delivery charges are calculated separately from the price of our products. Refer to our Delivery page for more details.

General
We are confident that you will be satisfied with your purchase of our products. However if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase (either the product or the service) then please contact us on ordes@kutecake.co.uk.

We may publish photographs of your order onto our social media and/or our website.

Please refer to our Ingredients & Allergens which provides dietary information. Therefore we do not accept any liability for any damage or distress caused (either health related or otherwise) by the consumption of our products. 

All cupcakes and brownies are suitable for vegetarians.
All cupcakes and brownies are made in an environment that handles nuts.

We have provided below a list of all the ingredients and allergens for each of our cupcakes and brownies.

Gluten Free brownies: We simply change the plain flour to gluten free plain flour.

Cherry cupcake:

Sponge – Unsalted butter, free range eggs, Fairtrade caster sugar, plain flour, milk, organic cocoa powder, salt, Madagascan vanilla, baking powder, salt.
Cream cheese – Cream cheese, unsalted butter, icing sugar, cherry.
Topping – Caramelised almond.

Contains cereals/gluten (wheat), eggs, milk, nuts.

Mango cupcake:

Sponge – Unsalted butter, free range eggs, Fairtrade caster sugar, organic cocoa powder, plain flour, milk, Madagascan vanilla, baking powder, salt.
Buttercream – Mango, Fairtrade icing sugar, unsalted butter, milk.
Topping – Dark chocolate shaving.

Contains cereals/gluten (wheat), eggs, milk.

Chocolate cupcake:

Sponge – Unsalted butter, free range eggs, Fairtrade caster sugar, organic cocoa powder, plain flour, milk, Madagascan vanilla, baking powder, salt.
Ganache – Double cream, unsalted butter, dark chocolate, Fairtrade icing sugar, cream cheese.
Topping – Dark chocolate shaving.

Red Velvet cupcake:

Strawberry cupcake:
